  7.     When the Oscar nominations are announced next month,
  8. Hollywood will surely have to pay the Pfeiffer -- Michelle
  9. Pfeiffer, to be exact, star of Married to the Mob and Dangerous
  10. Liaisons. The new movies are a far cry from her earlier ones,
  11. like Grease 2 or Charlie Chan and the Curse of the Dragon
  12. Queen. Now she's a style setter. The straight blond hair she
  13. wore in Tequila Sunrise is the latest trend, replacing the Glenn
  14. Close Fatal Attraction-style curls. Pfeiffer wears that look as
  15. the golden girl on the cover of February's Vanity Fair. Though
  16. nowadays she is worried about appearing "too perfect" for the
  17. camera, the actress was never always golden. Says she: "I went
  18. through the makeup period with the blue face -- the Maybelline
  19. blues, the blue eyeliner, the blue eyeshadow, the blue mascara.
  20. It was frightening. I don't wear makeup now." Really? "Only
  21. when I'm insecure. Not all the time. Most of the time, not all
  22. the time." Unpractice makes imperfect?
